International Leader of Tomorrow Award at University of British Columbia (Canada)
University of British Columbia (UBC) provides bachelors scholarships for talented secondary and post-secondary international students from around the world.  The value of awards is commensurate with demonstrated financial need, up to full tuition costs for the relevant program of study, and living expenses.
Reach Oxford Scholarships (UK)
A number of Oxford colleges offer Reach Oxford Scholarships to students from developing countries who, for political or financial reasons, or because equivalent educational facilities do not exist, cannot study for a degree in their own countries.  The scholarships cover university fees and college fees, a grant for living expenses and one return air fare per year.
University of Canterbury International First Year Scholarships (New Zealand)
The University of Canterbury offers the UC International First Year Scholarship to top-achieving international students commencing an undergraduate degree programme at the University.  The scholarship is currently awarded with values of $10,000, $15,000 or $20,000.

Cardiff University Elite International Scholarships (UK)
In recognition of the outstanding talent of many international students, Cardiff University offers a highly prestigious International Scholarship Fund designed to attract and reward the brightest students.  The scholarships are available at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught (Masters) levels. The scholarships will cover full tuition fees for the duration of the studies.
Bristol University International Office Scholarships (UK)
The University of Bristol is offering ten International Office Scholarships for new international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate taught program at the University.  The scholarships are worth £8,500 which can go towards your tuition fee.
Sydney Achievers International Scholarships (Australia)
The Sydney Achievers International Scholarships aims to attract high achieving, academically meritorious, international students to study in University of Sydney in Australia. Each scholarship has a value of AUD$10,000 per annum for any Undergraduate or Postgraduate coursework program offered at the University of Sydney.
Monash University International Merit Scholarships (Australia)
Monash University is offering a number of scholarship programs including the Monash University International Merit Scholarships for outstanding international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate degree offered at Monash University.  The scholarship has a total average value of up to $50,000 (based on a 5 year degree).
Utrecht University Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Utrecht Excellence Scholarship offers a number of outstanding prospective students the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a selected number of fields at Utrecht University.   Selected students can be awarded a scholarship that covers the tuition fee and 10.000 euro living expenses per year.
Bologna University Study Grants for International Students (Italy)
The University of Bologna offers study grants to deserving international students who wish to register for First Cycle (Bachelors), Second Cycle (Masters) or Single Cycle Degree Programmes at the University of Bologna.  Each study grant is awarded for one academic year and amounts to a total of €11,059, gross of all charges for the beneficiary’s account.

Clarendon Scholarships at University of Oxford (UK)
The Clarendon Fund is a major graduate scholarship scheme at the University of Oxford, offering around 140 new scholarships every year to eligible graduate applicants (including international students). Clarendon Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence and potential across all degree-bearing subjects at graduate level at the University of Oxford.  All Clarendon Scholarships cover tuition and college fees in full and a generous grant for living expenses.
Gates Cambridge Scholarships (UK)
Gates Cambridge Scholarships are full-cost awards for graduate study and research in any subject available at the University of Cambridge.  The scholarships are open to all international students from all over the world.  A Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers the full cost of studying at Cambridge namely: university fees, maintenance allowances, airfare, etc.
University of Birmingham Scholarships for International Students (UK)
The University of Birmingham is offering a number of individual scholarships for international candidates commencing a one year Masters programme.  The scholarships are worth £10,000 towards the cost of tuition fees for a one year masters course. These awards are for tuition fees only and cannot be used for maintenance/living costs.
Edinburgh Global Development Academy Scholarships (UK)
The University of Edinburgh offers Masters Scholarships for international students from least developing countries as for eligible Master’s programmes offered by the University.  The Master’s scholarships will cover the overseas rate of tuition fee for students from less developed countries and the “home” rate of tuition fee for UK/EU students.
Developing Solutions Scholarships at University of Nottingham (UK)
The Developing Solutions Scholarships are designed for international students from Africa, India or one of the developing countries of the Commonwealth who want to study a Masters Degree at the University of Nottingham and make a difference to the development of their home country. Each year,  105 scholarships  are awarded– 30 scholarships will cover the full tuition fee while 75 will cover 50% of the tuition fee.
TU Delft Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Delft University of Technology offers a number of excellence scholarship programs for international students. The Justus & Louise van Effen scholarship is one of those programs and it aims to financially supporting excellent international MSc students wishing to study at TU Delft. The scholarship is a full scholarship – coverage of tuition fees and monthly allowance for living expenses.
University of Maastricht High Potential Scholarships (Netherlands)
Maastricht University (UM) aims to further strengthen its position as a leading European university offering high-quality education with an international orientation. To this end,  scholarships are made available by the UM Scholarship Fund with the aim of encouraging talented students from outside the EEA to follow a master’s programme at UM.  The scholarships include tuition fee, living expenses, visa costs, and insurance.
Leiden University Excellence Scholarships (Netherlands)
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is open to outstanding  Non-EU/EEA students pursuing a master’s degree programme at Leiden University. Depending on the student’s merit, the scholarship covers 25-100% of the tuition fees. The highest award covers the tuition fee minus the home fee* and an allowance of €10,000 for living costs.
Erik Bleumink Scholarships at University of Groningen (Netherlands)
The Erik Bleumink Fund Scholarships are open to selected developing countries and are usually awarded for a 1 year or 2 years Master’s degree programme. The grant covers tuition fee, costs of international travel, subsistence, books, and health insurance.
VU University Amsterdam Fellowship Programme (Netherlands)
The VU Fellowship Programme (VUFP) offers talented prospective students from outside the EU/EEA the unique opportunity to pursue a degree in a selection of Master’s programmes at VU University.  The fellowship is worth €15.000 and covers your tuition fee, and provides for an allowance towards study and living costs. The scholarship does not cover all your living expenses.
Amsterdam Merit Scholarships (Netherlands)
The University of Amsterdam aims to attract the world’s brightest students to its international classrooms. Outstanding students from outside the European Economic Area can apply for an Amsterdam Merit Scholarship. Depending on the faculty, the scholarship can vary between €2,000 – €24,000.  Please note that the scholarship cannot be used as a (partial) tuition waiver.
University of Twente Scholarships (Netherlands)
University Twente Scholarships (UTS) are scholarships for excellent students from both EU/EEA and non-EU/EEA countries, applying for a graduate programme (MSc) at the University of Twente.   The scholarship amount is from € 6,000 – € 25,000 for one year.
ETH Excellence Scholarships (Switzerland)
ETH Excellence Scholarships are open to excellent students both from the ETH and from other universities (national and international) wishing to pursue their Master’s degree at ETH Zurich.  The scholarships consists of a full/partial grant covering living and study expenses as well as a tuition fee waiver.
University of Lausanne Master’s Grant for Foreign Students (Switzerland)
The University of Lausanne in Switzerland offers scholarships to international students who wishes to pursue a Masters Degree at the University through the UNIL Master’s Grants.  The amount of the grant is CHF 1,600.- per month from 15 September to 15 July, for a duration not exceeding the regulation minimum period of the programme.
Lund University Global Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students (Sweden)
The Lund University Global Scholarship programme is targeted at top academic students who are citizens of countries from outside the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland).   The scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the tuition fee.  It does not cover living costs.
KTH Royal Institute of Technology Tuition Fee Waivers (Sweden)
A limited number of tuition fee waivers will be available for Citizens from non-EU/EEA/EFTA countries who are required to pay tuition fees and who has applied for a Master’s programme at KTH as first priority.  If granted a scholarship, the tuition fee will be waived for the total length of the programme.
Uppsala IPK Scholarships (Sweden)
The Uppsala University offers scholarships to first year applicants to Uppsala University’s Master Programmes through various scholarships including the Uppsala University IPK scholarships.  All scholarships cover exclusively the tuition fee for Master programmes offered at the University. Students are required to cover their entire living expenses by their own means.
ADB Scholarships at University of Auckland (New Zealand)
The Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) aims to provide an opportunity for well-qualified citizens of ADB’s developing member countries to undertake postgraduate studies at participating academic institutions in the Asian and Pacific Region.The University of Auckland is a participating institution of the program and some of its programmes are supported by the ADB-JSP Scholarships.. The scholarship provides tuition fees, airfare to and from Auckland, basic cost of living in Auckland, health and medical insurance in New Zealand, etc.
Emily Boutmy Scholarships for International Students at Sciences Po (France)
Sciences Po created the Emile Boutmy Scholarship after the founder of Sciences Po in order to attract the very best international students from outside of the European Union.  The Emily Boutmy Master’s Programme can take different forms ranging from €5,000 to €16,000  for 2 years of postgraduate study or €3,000 to €12,300  for 3 years of undergraduate study.

Adelaide Scholarships International (Australia)
The University of Adelaide offers the  Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI) program to attract high quality international postgraduate students to areas of research strength in the University of Adelaide to support its research effort.  The scholarships includes course tuition fees, annual living allowance, and health insurance.
Melbourne International Research Scholarships (Australia)
The Melbourne International Research Scholarships (MIRS) are awarded to international students wishing to undertake graduate research degree studies at the University of Melbourne. Benefits provided by the MIRS include living allowance, relocation grant, thesis allowance, and paid sick, maternity and parenting leave. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is also included.

Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarships (UK)
The Warwick Graduate School awards around 25 Chancellor’s International Scholarships to the most outstanding international PhD applicants each year. The scholarships are open to students of any nationality and to any discipline offered at Warwick. The scholarships include the full payment of overseas tuition fees and maintenance allowance.
Nottingham Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship for Research Excellence (UK)
The University of Nottingham offers scholarships for outstanding international students who wish to pursue a PhD or MPhil research programme at the University.  The scholarship covers full tuition fees.
Leeds International Research Scholarships (UK)
University of Leeds is offering University Research Scholarships to international applicants who are commencing PhD research study at the University. The scholarships cover academic fees and an annual maintenance grant.
IRO Doctoral Scholarship Programme at K.U. Leuven (Belgium)
As one of its contributions to development co-operation, K.U.Leuven offers IRO (Interfaculty Council for Development Co-operation) scholarships to deserving students from developing countries to do their PhD in the largest university in Flanders, Belgium. The scholarship includes living allowance, tuition fee, health insurance, accident insurance, and return tickets.
