Michael Wills Scholarships 2015 for Master Studies in UK

Open to: students from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Hungary, FYR of Macedonia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine
Scholarship: 100% of University and college fees and a grant for living costs (of at least £12,900) will be covered
The Michael Wills Scholarships fund students from Central or Eastern Europe to study for MSc courses in Migration Studies, Refugee and Forced Migration Studies, Economics for Development and Global Governance and Diplomacy at the University of Oxford.
The Michael Wills Scholarships are jointly funded by the Dulverton Trust and by the Oxford Department of International Development.
The Dulverton Trust is an independent, charitable, grant-making organisation established by in 1949 by the first Lord Dulverton. Since its foundation, the Dulverton Trust has made grants totalling over £85 million, which have provided much-needed support for thousands of charities. The Dulverton Trust also funds the Dulverton Scholarships at Oxford. More information about the Dulverton Trust is available on the Dulverton Trust website.
The Michael Wills Scholarships were established in the spirit of post-World War II reconciliation and are named after Captain Michael Wills MC, a former student of Magdalen College, Oxford, who was killed in action in Tunisia in 1943. Michael Wills was a cousin and close friend of the second Lord Dulverton.
The scholarship will cover 100% of University and college fees and a grant for living costs (of at least £12,900). Awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course.

Scholarship outcomes

During the application process, this will be updated from green (open for applications), to yellow (applications closing soon), to red (applications are closed and the selection process is underway) and finally to blue (the selection is complete and successful applicants have been informed).
Decisions are expected to be made around May 2015. If you have not heard from us by the time this page is updated to say that successful applicants have been notified, then please assume that your application has been unsuccessful. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to contact unsuccessful applicants individually or provide feedback on applications.
